3 Bedroom House in Snells Beach

Enjoy a special stay in Snells Beach, just a 30-second stroll to the beach. Our recently renovated home has magnificent views of Kawau Bay and is the perfect place for watching the sun rise and listening to the dawn chorus.
Located close to the boat ramp, reserve and playground, this comfortable three-bedroom home is an ideal getaway. A short drive to Matakana, Goat Island and Martin’s Bay.
Well-stocked kitchen with induction hob, oven, dish drawers and a fridge-freezer. Separate dining area with wine fridge is the ideal spot for dining by candlelight and playing board games. Gas BBQ on the upstairs deck.
Master bedroom is spacious and has a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has a wardrobe while the single bedroom is perfect for a child.
The lounge has a 70” 4K TV with Netflix, AppleTV and DisneyPlus plus we have lots of board games and jigsaws to entertain all ages. Paddle board also available (please enquire ahead of your stay).
Ample parking for a boat or jetski. Enclosed backyard for the family pet. Large deck area with huge outdoor fireplace (wood not included but can be purchased from gas station nearby). New lawn with plenty of shade for pets.
Please note that the downstairs of the house is rented separately and has a separate entrance.

Summary: Stayed here for the weekend with friends and had a great time. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, quiet neighbourhood and a short drive from Matakana with vineyards and markets. Would recommend to everyone, everything ran smoothly

Summary: We found the property with ease and following the very clear and well articulated arrival instructions, entered the very well equipped and comfortably laid out three bedroom space. The enclosed balcony terrace with its big windows was a great space to take in the ocean views and when the weather closed in, the comfy lounge with big TV and multiple board games, kept us entertained. The weather settled down and we were greeted to spectacular sunrises over the bay. The experience was made all the better due to the large,modern, Well equipped kitchen with a cleverly thought out sliding window opening to the undercover large BBQ zone. There's plenty to do in the area too, with regional parks, day trips to lovely beaches or a ferry ride to Kawau Island.....and when supplies run down, Matakana with its bakery, butcher, and Saturday market or Warkworth for a supermarket shop are just ten to fifteen minutes away. Only advice to swimmers, paddle boarders and boaties is to keep a forward eye on the tide table. It was an ideal Bach and location particularly as we were also hosting family from overseas and they loved it too.

Summary: The property was fantastic, so close to the beach and cafes. My family and I played games by the open fire and loved every minute of the break away. Our wee dog Myt loved that he could come on holiday too. Finding a dog friendly property is very rare.
